 In this tradition , the first invitation of the wedding , the bride and groom families send to each other. 

 *2. Nandi Ganesh Pooja* 

People belief among Rajasthani people that they should make Lord Ganesha an integral part of the wedding function because as he is the lord of happiness and before any good work. 

 *3. Satapadi* 

 The bride and groom take seven steps together towards the direction of Sun God direction which shows  a wall together in all situations of life. 

 *4. Pithi dastoor* 

 This ceremony is like a haldi ceremony of other states. 

 The family members and relatives of both the families applies a paste of turmeric and sandalwood on the body of the bride and groom .

 *5.  Panigrahn* 

In this function , The groom holds the hand of the bride and they promise to remain together with each other in any condition of life.

 *6. Mehfils* 

 This ceremony is accompanied by dance and songs along with a dinner for both bride and groom families. 

 *7. Janeva* 

 In this wedding ceremony, on the day of the marriage day, groom is dressed in saffron robes and is supposed to perform a Havan, 

in which he is supposed to wear a pious thread . 

 *8. Toran* 

 This is very beautiful wedding traditions specially for the bride , The groom hits the Toran with a straw to ward off evil eye from his to be bride.
